My zip code is incorrect. How do I change it?

Our service and subscriptions are only available within our home territory. If you are physically outside our supported states or in a blackout zone, you will not be able to access content after your 30-day couch rights has expired or start a subscription. These restrictions are enforced by location data (GPS on mobile devices and IP/geolocation on networks). There is no workaround: account changes or deletion will not bypass market or blackout rules. Once you return to our home territory, you can access the app to stream or complete your subscription.

 

We use your zip code to determine your home territory for purposes of determining which team content is available to you. This may be based on your billing zip code if you purchase access directly from us via gothamsports.com, or based on your location if you purchase access through The Gotham Sports App. If you move from your home territory to another area in which The Gotham Sports App content is available, or if your billing zip code is different than your home zip code, you may contact Customer Care to update your home territory.
