Samsung/LG/Vizio Smart TV Users - Connect TV Provider

If you are a Samsung/LG/Vizio Smart TV user and experiencing a problem with connecting your TV provider subscription to your Gotham Sports account please use the following steps to resolve the issue.
Disconnect all TV provider accounts and devices from user account
- Go to Gothamsports.com on a web browser and login using your account credentials
- Tap on Account in the left side menu
- Tap on Manage Devices
- Tap on Log Out of All Devices
- Log back into your Gotham Sports account on your Samsung/LG/Vizio TV before any other devices
- You will see the "Connect with TV Provider" option when you click on locked content or in the Account settings tab
- Select your TV Provider and log in with your TV Provider credentials
