How do I cancel my subscription? 

Monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, there are a few options:

• • If you subscribed on gothamsports.com, you can visit ‘Manage Subscription’ within Account Settings to cancel or you can contact The Gotham Sports App Customer Care here.

If you purchased your subscription through a third party billing provider, you must contact them directly to cancel your Gotham Sports App subscription. We do not have the ability to cancel a subscription purchased through an app store. Please see links below to the relevant help pages for our third-party platform partners for more information on canceling subscriptions purchased through those platforms:

Please note that deleting The Gotham Sports App does not cancel your subscription.
